1. How long are shipping times?

  • Processing Orders are 3-5 business days, and then can take up to 5-7 Business Days to reach your door. 
  • Shipping Days are Every Wednesday and Saturday.
  • Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic some shipping times have been extended due to delays within USPS.
  • Some of our item are considered Special Order, and can take 7-10 Business Days. This will be indicated in the product description.  The Processing times remain 3-5 business days. 
  • Each product at Freckled & Fancy has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description. 
  • Shipping is a flat fee of $8.50 for all orders inside of the U.S. 
  • International shipping is provided for additional costs that will be added at checkout. 
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct.  If shipping information is not correct, it is the customer's responsponsibility to notify Freckled & Fancy customer service email to provide the correct shipping address. 
  • All Shipping Time Frames are based on your timezone and efficiency of your local post office.  Freckled & Fancy is NOT responsible for packages that are marked delivered by USPS to an incorrect address or tha are not received by the customer.  Once your package is scanned by USPS, Freckled & Fancy no longer assumes responsibility.  Any and all concerns need to be made to USPS Customer service. Freckled & Fancy does NOT replace lost or stolen packages.  Please be mindful of package delays due to COVID-19 as well as the Holiday Season and peak shipping times. 

    2. What's your return policy?

    • No Refunds will be provided.  All Sales are FINAL.   
    • Freckled & Fancy is NOT responsible for lost items, items delivered to the wrong address, or items that have been marked delivered and not delivered. Please contact your local post office for lost items. 
    • Exchanges will ONLY be offered to customers who have received the wrong item or items that have been damaged. 
    • The cost of shipping to exchange an item is at the expense of the Customer. NO EXCEPTIONS. 
    • The exchanged item will not be mailed out until the returned item is received. 

    3. Can I cancel my order?

    • Cancellations are possible if an email is received within 24 hours of the online purchase. Hello@FreckledFancy.com

     4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

    • If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll allow you to exchange it.  All exchange requests must be received within 7-days after you receive your purchase. With your email request for an exchange, please include photos of the the item.  You will be asked to mail the defective item back, this will be at the customer's expense.  A new item will be shipped to you.  

    5. Do you offer exchanges?

    • We do not offer exchanges unless you were sent the wrong size, wrong color, or a defective item.

    6. Email Responses

    • Please allow 24-48 hours for all responses. 

    7. We do not offer gift wrapping.
